The Challenge
This website serves as my digital garden and professional portfolio. I wanted a space that reflects my clean aesthetic while being technically performant and easy to maintain.
Approach
I chose Next.js App Router for its modern features and performance. Styling is done with Tailwind CSS for utility-first design. Content is managed using MDX, allowing me to write blog posts in Markdown while embedding React components.
Roadblocks & Solutions
Designing a unique but minimalist interface was the main design challenge. On the technical side, implementing the view counter and social sharing required careful consideration of client-side vs. server-side rendering boundaries.
The Outcome
The site achieves a perfect 100 Lighthouse score on performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO. It has become the central hub for my online presence.
